Because company-formation and corporate services involve professional work, government filings and third-party costs, refund eligibility depends on the stage reached when a cancellation occurs. Government fees, apostilles, translations and third-party charges already incurred are generally non-refundable.
If BrazilLaunch determines during its initial compliance review that it cannot accept a standard case and no substantive formation or professional work has begun, the service fee will be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party charges expressly disclosed to the customer. Once substantive work or filings begin, refunds may be reduced to reflect work completed and costs incurred.
Recurring services may be cancelled in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Amounts already accrued for periods of active service are not automatically refundable.
