The standard Brazil Company Incorporation service is US$890 one-time. Sworn translation costs are charged separately because they depend on the length and number of documents that require translation. Government and other third-party fees may also be separate where applicable.
Can a foreign individual own a Brazilian company?
Foreign ownership is possible subject to the applicable Brazilian registration, representation, ownership-disclosure and compliance requirements. BrazilLaunch reviews the proposed structure during onboarding.
Can a foreign company establish a subsidiary in Brazil?
Yes. A foreign corporate shareholder can establish a Brazilian entity, commonly using a Brazilian LTDA structure, subject to corporate-document, beneficial-ownership and representation requirements.
Do I need to live in Brazil to own the company?
Ownership and residence are separate issues. Many steps can be coordinated remotely, while certain roles and representation requirements must be structured correctly for the Brazilian entity.
How much is a local administrator in Brazil?
BrazilLaunch's standard Local Administrator service starts at US$399/month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice so the administrator or representation change can be processed with the relevant Brazilian authorities and corporate records.
What if I need representation for more than one entity or individual?
The second concurrent represented entity or individual receives a 20% discount from the standard US$399 monthly price, making the second representation US$319.20/month, subject to compliance acceptance.
Do you guarantee a Brazilian business bank account?
No. BrazilLaunch can help prepare and coordinate banking onboarding, but the financial institution makes the final decision under its own KYC, AML and risk policies.
Where do I send documents after payment?
After Stripe confirms payment, BrazilLaunch shows a tailored document checklist and directs you to send the requested files to support@brazillaunch.com using the same email address used at checkout.
