Terms of Service

Working MVP terms — replace the company identification fields below before launch and have Brazilian counsel review them.

BrazilLaunch provides company-formation coordination, corporate-services coordination, local representation, local administration and related administrative services subject to eligibility, contract, applicable law and compliance review. The precise scope of each engagement is the scope shown at checkout and in any service agreement subsequently executed.

Company registration, tax registrations, banking and third-party services depend on government agencies, registries, financial institutions and other third parties. BrazilLaunch does not guarantee approval, processing time, bank-account opening or any specific tax outcome.

Customers must provide complete, current and truthful information and documents, disclose beneficial ownership and source-of-funds information when requested, and promptly inform BrazilLaunch of material changes. BrazilLaunch may decline or suspend services where required by law, compliance policy or risk review.

Local-administrator services are subject to an agreed authority matrix and may require additional agreements, shareholder approvals and enhanced due diligence. Pricing may be adjusted when the actual activity, revenue, transaction volume, staffing, regulatory exposure or risk profile differs materially from the information provided during onboarding.
